I’ve always had a passion for working with others and helping them be the best version of themselves. This includes with family, friends and co-workers. Helping others expand their thinking about what they want out of their career and be top performers has always been very rewarding.  

I’ve had an opportunity to work as individual contributor and a leader for different technology companies offering software solutions and services. I worked for Microsoft for 20 years developing my skills and knowledge in the technology industry. My experience includes engaging with companies/partners in different industries including healthcare, financial, manufacturing and government industries.

Using my deep business experience, I’m a career coach working with business professionals. I help clients expand their awareness and approaches to see new possibilities to achieve success in their careers, reaching their full potential.

I’m a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through Coach Training World who are accredited through the ICF – International Coach Federation. I take a holistic approach working with clients to fully understand their needs and goals. We then collaborate to prioritize their goals, create a plan and then hold the client accountable to achieve their career objectives.
