My coaching services listed below are based on my 30+ years of experience in key corporate roles working for top technology companies. This included working for Microsoft for 20 years in a sales leadership role and working in their national partner organization. Prior to Microsoft I built and led regional and national sales organizations where I found my passion as a leader. As a leader, I use my natural and learned skills to motivate individuals, so they reach their full potential and achieve the goals most important to them. 

Through my experiences, I’ve gained a lot of reward helping individuals navigate their careers. In addition, navigating my own career there are many lessons learned that allow me to be an effective Career Coach. In today’s workplace, there are many dynamics that come into play for people as they look to have a fulfilling career. Having a coach (expert) to work with to provide insights on specific challenges they are having is invaluable. 

Sales Performance coaching is another core service I offer. As a sales individual contributor early in my career and moving to leadership roles with multiple companies, I have the knowledge in this space to be a high value expert for clients. Selling has evolved over the years and more than ever a sales professional most have the skillset to offer the highest value to their clients and prospects. Common areas I work with clients include executive selling, territory planning, prospecting strategies, negotiation skills and more.

Public Speaking is an incredibly important skill to have in the business environment. Whether it’s speaking in customer or internal meetings and giving end customer presentations, having the confidence and capability to deliver a powerful and convincing message is extremely important. I’ve been involved in Toastmasters International for over 7 years as a member and in different officer positions, including President. Toastmasters is an international organization focused on developing communication and leadership skills in a supportive environment. Early in my career I needed to enhance my skills in this area and Toastmaster helped me accomplish that. I can provide a number of strategies to help you become more confident and effective in your public speaking situations.
