I have over 30 years of technology sales leadership and business development experience.  I worked for Microsoft for 20 years developing my skills and knowledge in the technology industry. My experience includes engaging with companies/partners in different industries including healthcare, financial, manufacturing and government industries.

Using my deep business experience, I’m a career coach working with technology professionals. I help clients expand their awareness and approaches to see new possibilities to achieve success in their careers, reaching their full potential.

I’m a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through Coach Training World who are accredited through ICF – International Coach Federation. I take a holistic approach working with clients to fully understand their needs and goals. We then collaborate to prioritize their goals, create a plan and then hold the client accountable to achieve their career objectives.

I’m also member of the Toastmasters International (TMI) which is a worldwide organization helping people develop their public speaking and leadership skills. I’ve been the President of a local chapter in NJ and have held other officer positions. Over the past eight years, TMI has allowed me to elevate my presentation skills and confidence, increasing my value as a business professional. This is another focused service area I offer.
